Example
If the clues and letters form the puzzle:
First Phrase: Fly
off the (White boxes)
Common Word: handle
(Black boxes)
Second Phrase: with
care (Gray boxes)
The solution is Fly off the handle with care. The phrases are common idioms: “Fly off the handle” and “handle with care,” joined by the overlapping word “handle.”
Tips for Success
Phrase2Phrase can be played in Easy Mode which shows the common word at the start to give you a clue, and Hard Mode that starts with all blank boxes.
Letters appear in the boxes automatically. If you're stuck, you can watch closely as more letters are revealed, but you must type your guess within the one-minute limit once you hit solve!
